Yes the room I had was maybe a bit tired, the hotel is ongoing refurbishing as we speak. The room was clean, functional and was more than adequate. Great location. Can't recommend highly enough. "I had a room at the rear of the property which was very quiet. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom came with a lovely bath with shower over. Storage was plentiful with a wardrobe and 4 large drawers. You could hear the occupants of the adjoining room but it wasn't an issue. Parking is avaliable at the front/side and rear of the property. I have learned from experience not to park under the trees as you will return to find your car with bird droppings. I always stay here when...

"I had a lovely single room on the 4 floor it was amazingly clean, comfy mattress and fresh white bedding and towels I was told by reception that there was tea, coffee, and sugar in the room but if I needed any more they were at reception and to help myself, this little gesture was nice as I sometimes feel like a bother if I ask for more. Although I did not use the restaurant it looked warm and welcoming if I had been staying more than one night I would have gone in for a meal. I do recommend...
