"Well appointed, comfortable rooms. Excellent service from bellhop to check-in to complimentary welcome drink. Two rooms were booked and both of us could not give higher praise. Pictures do not do the hotel justice in our opinion. I didn't capture any photos though. Hotel shuttle service offered, but we had a very early morning flight, so we booked an Uber instead. Would definitely stay here again when in Porto."

"This hotel is great. Right beside the metro with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff lovely and friendly. Great tasty made to order breakfast options, although it can be busy at peak times. Would I stay here again definitely!"

"Hotel was fantastic, staff were lovely and breakfast was great being delivered. Location is slightly out of town but uber is extremely cheap and worth it for the beautiful rooms. Would return again."

"Extrem sauber, sehr nettes Personal mit ständiger Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen. Gute Lage mit einer Bushaltestelle in etwa 5 Minuten Laufnähe, Bolhao Market ist nach einer etwa 7 minütigen Busfahrt erreichbar. Leider extrem hellhörig. Vor allem Nachts hört man alles aus dem Stockwerk unten, dem Flur und vor allem alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer."

"Close to bus/train station. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. About 25 minute comfortable walk to historic Port."

"I had a fantastic stay at RS Porto Central Apartments and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Porto on foot, with convenient access to restaurants, shops, cafés, and public transportation. I especially appreciated how comfortable and practical the apartment felt. It was a great place to return to and relax after long days...

"Loved everything about this unit except the toilet. I think the drainage in the toilet is quite poor and there is a constant whiff of rotten eggs (hydrogen sulphide) coming from the sink."

"Didn’t like the bed, too hard"

"It was a lovely hotel, spacious room, great bed, really good breakfast and very helpful staff. V close to metro. Would recommend."

"Very nice place, getting inside was a little confusing with the key and the turning and clicking. There’s a weird sewage smell when you use the washer/dryer and also when the neighbors use theirs. The living room could use a darken curtain like the bedroom has. Saw many baby ants but it wasn’t a big problem. Apartment is close to the train and plenty of stores. Overall I would stay again."

"Truly novel hotel with very comfortable bed. Great location - 10 min walk from main train station or from metro to airport. Pool looked lovely but we didn't have time to use it."

"We loved our room - 313. There’s an elevator! There’s AC. There’s even water to fill up your bottles at reception. Coffee and a Terrance in the back. Our room Had a large bathroom with a bidet. There were two terraces next to the bed. Great selections at breakfast- hot items were always the same tho : scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. But lots of bread to choose from and cheese and deli meat. It’s an easy walk downhill to everything and places to eat but the uphill climb back can be...

"First night the A/C was broken. We notified front desk and they sent someone up who confirmed A/C was broken and that they would move us to another room. They never did this and after repeated calls to the front desk, they hung up on us. The second night they did move us. Hair dryer didn't work, the shower kept flooding onto the bathroom floor and the bar ran out completely of red wine. This place does not live up to the standards of a Hilton property!!!"
