"Great stay!"

"I liked the friendliness that was shown at the hotel. It was very convenient to cafes', shopping and the metro. We had a room with two twin beds which was tight, but it was clean and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"That staff was wonderful, help us in anyway they could."

"Céntrico. Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Personal muy amable y atento."

"all is good"

"Great location! Great staff! Great hotel!"

"This is a nice boutique hotel. Nothing special. It is very much a four star level of service and quality, so that’s the rating it gets! We stayed in a junior suite. The A/C was weak our entire stay and we visited in October. I can’t imagine being there in the summer! We also had an issue with the hot water in our room not working. To the hotel’s credit, both issues were addressed swiftly but fixing the hot water required them to remove a piece of the wall in our bathroom that was then left...

"Loved the hotel but was very disappointed that we booked a superior room with claw tub in the room(per photos online), and the description states separate tub and shower, yet our room had no tub anywhere. The pictures show tub in multiple rooms during booking but apparently only 2 rooms have that feature and it’s not detailed in description prior to booking that you may or may not get the room shown in advertisement. So if you want the tub feature, call and verify/reserve prior to booking....

"I booked a room and nowhere in my booking not hotel information did it say my room would be in the basement. I was below ground level option on elevator was -1 ground floor being 0. I asked the clerk for an alternate room and he said none were available. As I prepaid the room was non refundable. As a single woman travelling I didn’t feel fully safe as the lights in the corridor coming off the elevator were off and only turn on with motion sensor. Meaning you exit the elevator into a DARK...

"What a fantastic hotel. It really is customer centric, as well as being as central as you could wish. Easy to get to anywhere from the metro station 20 metres away. The hotel even found tickets for the local landmarks, so very useful. Will be going again"

"The staff at the hotel were amazing. Very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was pretty good, but you can get better coffee elsewhere at the countless bistros nearby. It's in a great neighborhood. But the rooms are very small. That's why I gave it a 4. But there's nothing wrong with the hotel and I'd stay there again."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at, with excellent customer service. The location is excellent. I will definitely rebook again. Thank you, Hodan"

"Everything was clean Only problem is that the rooms and bathroom are very small"

"The women working the front was so rude. The beds are so hard. The rooms were not clean. The only thing was good was the location"
