"This was a really nice hotel, our corner room was great, beautiful view, clean and comfortable. We had two issues with the hotel. The first was we were told by the front desk that the pool and jacuzzi were on the top floor, which they were, but there was no water in the jacuzzi. The second issue was the laundry service. We had them do our laundry and provided our own unscented soap, we wrote on the ticket to use our soap and to not use any products in the washer and dryer with scents because we have allergies. We spoke with the front desk staff also and explained this, they assured us they would not use any scented products. The laundry came back smelling of strong laundry soap and our clothes were no longer wearable for the rest of our trip. We were leaving the next day so we had no recourse. Total bummer since we were super clear with them."
