"We had a lovely time and appreciated the kindness and great communication with our host. Having a pool right outside the back door was a great perk. Sitting in the pool at night and looking up at the night sky, priceless. The house is up against the Santa Rosa Mountains which look like something out of painting. La Quinta itself has so much natural beauty, many great restaurants (Kitchen Ten Eleven my favorite), and quiet serenity. A little bit past Palm Springs but well worth the drive! Everything you need is within a 10 to 15 minutes."
