"Staff was amazing and I was surprised to find out that not only breakfast was included but also 24 access to their cafe for food and draft beer for no cost. Arrived at 1 am and staff met me out front. The President was scheduled to do a speech at 11am on the day I was leaving for the airport so road were closed around the hotel area. The hotel staff booked a taxi and escorted me through the crowds to a location where the taxi could pick me up.Tthis was my first time in Mexico City and I was more than impressed with the hotel and I would definitely go back there."

Pero creo que lo mas destacable fue la atención del personal, nos brindaron mucho apoyo en cualquier duda o necesidades. Llegamos desde muy temprano y nos dieron el servicio de guarda equipaje ademas acceso al uso de áreas comunes."

"The lobby is grand and demure. It’s a more sophisticated hotel/lobby. They have a bar and a small bfast room filled with such pretty wall plants. The staff was polite and the facility was extremely clean. Had total Confidence and trust in the cleaning staff. Accidentally left valuable items in my room And came back to find the room kept and my items front and center like reminding me I had forgotten them. The hallway that led to my room was pretty narrow but loved it as we didn’t have any neighbors. Def an older hotel, small bathroom to get ready in and I have to admit the lighting did kind of suck which as a full glam girly made it really rough to ensure we looked out best. Overall good experience"
