"The staff here was very friendly and helpful, but the rooms and facilities are quite dated and in need of some repairs. However, everything appeared clean. Overall our stay was fine, but I’m not sure the prices are aligned with the quality of the accommodations."

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone.
Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good.
Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted.
Spa was excellent and a must...

"The hotel has a beautiful view. They offered many options in there breakfast buffet. I thought it was close to Rupit, but it is a 45 minute drive away."
