"It was a wonderful property, only the pool was closed for maintenance so that was disappointing."

"Always love my stay at this facility , always wonderful staff.."

"We love this hotel. The room is huge with a sitting area and a full size fridge. Highly recommend recommended."

"What a lovely property and Cecilia was wonderful. Welcoming and kind -- felt like staying with family!"

"Beautiful old home made into a hotel. No elevator. We were on second floor with sweeping curved staircase. Quiet and clean, Sparsely furnished rooms. Great price. We walked about a mile to nearby reastaurants and shopping. Offered breakfast if you requested the day before."

"Beautiful place, and I slept well. Friendly owner. Would recommend."

"La habitación tenía su ventanal quebrado, me encontré una uña postiza en la cama, manchadas las sábanas y en general muy mal mantenimiento de la propiedad, para el check out ni había personal"

"Very large, clean and quiet room in a good and safe neighborhood"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area felt safe and we never felt otherwise during our stay. The building itself is a bit worn and has more of a hostel-style feel. While that may work well for some travelers, we were personally hoping for more of a bed-and-breakfast atmosphere"

"Great stay overall — highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our trip. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the standard amenities we needed. The location was convenient for getting around, and we really appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was at night. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Excelente"

"Loved the outdoor rest area with a pool!"

"First the staff- immensely polite and helpful. Clean, elegant, detail oriented lobby, restaurant (s) and rooms. Very minimalist in design but everything is extremely well thought out and Marriott quality. Rooms were very quiet. Great rooftop bar and pool- minutes from the airport and whatever you do, don’t miss their 5 star breakfast buffet - it’s worth it! Also - close to modern mall to find anything you may have forgotten at home some great food trucks just outside, little market, pharmacy etc...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The directions on how to find the shuttle could be a little more clear (instead of saying go to a lot #80, it would be more helpful to say “find space #80 Inside the parking garage”). The morning breakfast buffet was nice, the room was clean and larger than expected, the bathroom was clean but the shower floor can be very slippery so be careful. Would absolutely recommend especially for a quick near-airport need."

"Great place"

"Adventure Inn feels like a true taste of Costa Rican pura vida rather than a generic chain hotel. It serves as a fantastic landing pad or departure base for travelers."
