"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "The Villa has two private hot baths (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) which is really nice. In the kitchen we would have liked a few more sharp knifes. Yufuin itself lies in very nice natural surroundings. However the vast majority of tourists in Yufuin are Chinese and Koreans, which reflects in very high prices in restaurants and street locales. Also the accommodation was a little bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall still a very nice stay."
