"The hotel was great and had your own parking, but not walking distance from anything; however very close driving distance to tourist spots. Location of the hotel is right next to the expressway entrance to either go to Oita or Yufuin, your like in the middle. Overall excellent hotel!! "

"I loved staying here. It was spacious and the staff were great. It’s also right next to Kokusai Dori street so everything is in walking distance. I want to shout out the staff because I missed my flight to Naha in Narita, and they stayed 3 hours after checking close to make sure I got checked into my room. They are outstanding. The wet room was great, my room has washer and dryer, and separate toilet area. Would definitely stay again and I can’t recommend them enough. "

"The hotel room was good and clean. The communication could have been improved. The property is supposed to have washer and drier but the drier seems to be broken. The host communicated to use bathroom vent to dry clothes without even a drying rack. That was disappointing"
