"Overall it's a very nice and clean hotel. It is also quite spacious in comparison with other Japanese brand hotels, the beds are big as well. The only down side is the breakfast, not much selection as I was hoping for some Japanese style breakfast. The ones they offer is not bad but since it's a Japanese brand hotel, I would've love to have some Japanese style breakfast included."

"This property is centrally situated in Ginza and very close to transportation. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful to us and we are a multicultural and diverse group of black and brown Americans. We did not have the unfortunate and unacceptable experience that others have described."

"This is a superb hotel. Plenty of neatly attired helpful staff. Rooms are decent sized. A very elegant cocktail bar on site as well as restaurants. The facility is above the Kyoto central train station which serves local and high speed rail service."
