"Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff, and enjoyed having scent options for laundry as well as coffee while you wait. Spacious and comfortable rooms, and very nice bathroom amenities. FYI for non-smokers! If you happen to book a smoking room, the entire floor for those rooms smell and are a little dilapidated, we found some ash stains on the carpet and our luggage has picked up the tobacco smell as well, so be aware in case that might bother you. Aside, we had a very pleasant stay and I would stay again if I were to come back to Osaka!"

"Beautiful hotel with an excellent location to shopping,dining and transportation. Has a 7-11 on the premises which was very convenient. Had connecting room which was great. Rooms were very small but made good use of what space was there. Onsen was really nice. Only negative for me was the price to use the pool. Also for the price charged was limited to one hour( they charged by the hour) you could not go in a second early. Over all…pleased with our stay."

"Fantastic property for a family of 4. We booked adjoining rooms so that we each had a twin bed to sleep in. The pajamas and amenities were a nice added touch. The attendant at the front desk was super helpful."
