"The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! "

"Popped in for a quiet stay. Lots of walkers and bikers. Biker friendly place with nice hard surfaces. In the mountains, so lots of opportunities for winding roads. Some people even walk up in the mountains ;) Kitchen is closed on Tuesday, but everyone took pity on me, it had been a long time since breakfast. Very nice supper. Thank you :) Breakfast was a very nice buffet. Supper on the next night included an outstanding goulash soup! The rest of the meal was nice too. Room was large. Bed...

"Wir waren auf der Durchreise und für eine Nacht war das Hotel „Am Ochsenkopf“ für uns eine gute Wahl. Der Check-in erfolgt unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselautomaten, eine klassische Rezeption gibt es nicht. Von außen wirkt das Gebäude eher etwas älter, innen wurde aber sichtbar modernisiert. Unser Zimmer war gepflegt, angenehm groß und mit Balkon, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch das moderne Bad mit Dusche hat uns gut gefallen. Etwas schade...

"This is right next to the train station, and although the trains are quiet you can still hear them through the walls. No mini fridge. Otherwise I’m happy with my stay."
