The villa beach breeze was rebuilt in 2006 and modeled after the style of resort architecture. The apartment complex is located in a quiet but central location, in the second row. Due to its central location in the district of East, you can reach in no time numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants that invite you to stroll and linger. Shops for daily needs such as supermarkets (Netto and Edeka), pharmacies, banks or a drugstore are also just a few minutes walk from the property. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area. In just three minutes you are at the Molli-station Kühlungsborn East, where the bus station is located.    For the way to the sandy beach and the pier, you need walk only 5 minutes. From there you can already enjoy the extravagant view to the harbor.   All apartments have an underground parking space and balcony or terrace.    Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area?
