"Our group stayed at the Rocco Forte Charles hotel for 4 nights before departing for our cruise, and we absolutely loved the hotel. Gorgeous, well appointed rooms, great staff, beautiful restaurant and wonderful location. Breakfast at the restaurant was a great way to begin each day. We had dinner out on the terrace, very nice. Can’t safe enough good things about the staff; really made our stay such a joy."

"This was a clean, comfortable hotel, and only an 8 min walk from the main train station downtown. My friend and I got to the hotel early and we were able to put our luggage in secure lockers while we explored the city until check in. The ladies at the front desk were very kind, professional, and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The ac worked great and wasn’t loud. "Gorgeous hotel, fantastic bar (open 24 hours), very warm and helpful staff. Also, each floor has a room with a vending machines with high quality and healthy options as well as free coffee and tea and an iron and ironing board. I would definitely stay at this place again."

"We stayed in the Deluxe Studio which was very spacious and finished to a very high standard. We were on the 5th floor and the room was quiet, albeit there was a very feint rumble when a tram passed, but the sound proofing was excellent. A disappointment was the fact the kitchenette area was locked off on our arrival, which meant no access to cooking facilities. On contacting the hotel, I was directed to the ‘additional information’ section on the website that informed me I had to pay 20 euros...

"My room was clean and pleasant. The staff was very kind and helpful. They had an excellent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately I don't eat a lot for breakfast so I couldn't take advantage of all they offered. One note, the booking website said there wasan onsite restaurant. They so not havea restaurant. Only a breakfast buffet and a bar withno food. However there are lots of good restaurants close by."

"The hotel was unique, relaxing, and had a fun vibe! Room's were spacious and the shower had a rain head option. Cocoon chairs were fun. Staff were very helpful with all of our needs. Unfortunately our room's ventilation system wasn't working so it got really hot."
