Reception staff were extremely courteous and willing to help no matter what the request was. A very happy and positive vibe all throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located. "Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."
