"Beautiful classic Georgian country Pub. Big comfortable room with a huge bathroom.
The bed was also big and comfortable.
We didn’t eat at the pub so cannot comment on that, but the village has several nice places to eat."
"Lift out of order and as I am not able to walk far was a disadvantage
Room far too hot some rooms had a fan but not ours.
Bathroom door would not close which needed adjustment"
"In an idyllic setting, an excellent base for holidaying around Matlock/Derbyshire .
Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The welcome pack included a bottle of my wife's favourite wine. The owner checked to see if everything was to our satisfaction.
Would certainly recommend it.
