More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."

"The hotel is very clean and had great facilities. The breakfast is also very good. The only thing that lets it down is the WiFi in the rooms. I have stayed here a few times now and the WiFi has not improved. I have mentioned this to the hotel previously. As I use this hotel for business trips this is something that is making me look to other options to stay for my business trips"

"Good size room with parking outside. It should have been easy to access from motorway but due to roadworks in the area there was a complicated detour when we visited. Easy to walk into town centre. Good value for money and good chouce for breakfast. "
