"Nice cozy location.. However the room smelled like cigarette smoke (even though it was a non smoking room). Please note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. The staff was nice enough to provide a fan which helped. What was unusual was a note part of the information package in the room threatening a surcharge levied for outside food and drinks consumption. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the first time I see this practice."
