"Staff were very quick to repair the window,still not impressed with state of the room when we arrived. Entrance door was cracked around handle. Window was not able to close (stripped handle).and cracked sink. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday. Would have to say staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at onsite restaurant was very good. Just expected more from this hotel chain."
