"The room was cozy, we had some good sleep there, but we could hear noice from next door and people from the parking lot. I would suggest that to put a sign somewhere to ask people to keep our voice down after 11pm."

"The hotel was beautiful, staff was really friendly and the amenities seemed great but I didn’t have time to use them. I do wish better instructions were in the room for navigating the tv remote. My biggest disappointment was that It was not clear in my booking process that there was an extra fee for breakfast, which also includes the extra cost of tipping the server. It adds up when staying multiple days. That aside, the food selection was good but very inconvenient that it was dine in only which even though it was buffet style, the process of being seated and semi waited on took longer opposed to completely self service of a continental breakfast. It was frustrating not being able to serve yourself and bring breakfast to your room to eat while preparing for your day or if trying to manage or get small children ready/fed. I travel a lot and have never experienced not having that option. Otherwise, no complaints, very clean and comfortable."

"I had driven for over 14 hours and check in was good, but we had children out in the hall yelling and banging doors. I know it was in the middle afternoon, I had laid down to rest but was unable before going to a concert in the evening."
