"The staff at this hotel were very helpful and considerate. Before we arrived, we realized that we had forgotten to bring a physical ID, so we called to ask whether an electronic copy would be acceptable. The staff patiently explained the requirements to us. After we checked in, we also asked for restaurant recommendations, and they suggested a very nice place. Finally, because we needed to leave early in the morning, I requested an invoice for reimbursement when checking in. When I opened the door at 7 a.m. the next morning, the invoice had already been slipped under the door. I really appreciated their thoughtfulness and excellent service."

"The room was perfect. Clean and roomy. The bed was good the bedding soft and the towels super soft and fluffy. The daily breakfast was great. I'm a fan of the scrambles eggs and each day a different meat option...bacon, sausage patties or peameal bacon!! Please get some Tetley or Red Rose tea though please. The restaurant B55, downstairs, is pretty good. Fair prices for a hotel. Location was perfect for the Farmers Market. Note...we got parked at the market in the grounds...just be patient as people are constantly coming and going and we scored close spots. The only things we would have like was the pool warmer..it was cold!!! We did speak to an attendant. A small table in the room to eat at would have been nice and a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang things on as you need the existing hooks by the shower to hang your towel. Great stay and would stay again."
