APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi Ekimae

10/10 Excellent
"Great central location, less than a minute walk to the trains and 5 minutes to night life and restaurants. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, and honestly that's all you need because you'll be spending most of the time outside exploring. The onsen on the top floor is a welcome space after a long day out, which was a key reason I booked to stay here. The daily breakfast is pretty basic but gets you going for the day with coffee and an entree. Overall a pleasant stay and will definitely book again."

"Location is excellent for walking to historical sights and for unique shopping experience! The staff were all lovely - very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good - a lot of variety to suit all. The entrance/lobby/elevators all nice and clean. The only thing that threw us off was the room - definitely needs a good deep clean (see pics of ceiling air vent, carpet along side of bed, near sink area and wall near bed). The bed itself & bedding very comfy and clean, so was toilet area and shower."
