"Great customer service and communication skills "

"First of all It smells bad inside the room I stayed. And they are doing renovation work very close to guest rooms and very big disturbing noise is coming out from the working site at day time. Then they shouldn't have assigned guest rooms close to the work site. I complained about that to a staff but he replied to me that there would no problem. I had to endure all uncomfortableness during my stays. It's nonsense. But the surroundings around the hotel itself was nice."

"Hotel Barmoi may not be the newest of hotels in Freetown, but it has a great location where you can hear the water crashing at night. The food is superior to other hotels, at a much more reasonable price, along with great staff! I continue to return time and time again."
