Kick back on the huge sectional to screen movies on the smart TV in the living area. Use the fireplace to add a warm ambience throughout the space. Home chefs will be pleased to find stainless steel appliances and an array of modern gadgets in the kitchen, while the kitchen bar and adjacent dining room table create the scene for great meals and conversation. The private covered patio is perfect for sharing after-dinner drinks.

This three-story townhome sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a loft area. The primary suite features a king-size bed. The adjacent bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the third bedroom holds a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Partially open to the living area below, the loft area offers a queen-size bed.

Just four minutes away, Kings Beach offers 1,700 feet of lakefront -- the largest sandy beach on the North Shore. The beach's south-facing waters offer ideal swimming and boating. Hit the links at the Brockway Golf Club, just a 2-minute drive, or explore miles of hiking, biking, and jogging trails throughout the Kings Beach area. Discover world-class slopes at Northstar (12 minutes), Diamond Peak (16 minutes), Alpine Meadows (27 minutes), and Squaw Valley (28 minutes).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
