"Great service, free cookies in the evening in the lobby, pretty accesible location while still being quiet during the night. Be warned they don't do housekeeping everyday, but it can be requested at the desk."

"We had a very nice stay in Evanston, IL. Beautiful surrounding area with lots of small owned businesses and national chains. The entrance to hotel and parking are a bit difficult to maneuver. Same entrance and exit to garage parking and built with a steep entrance. Accessing parking garage with luggage carts is also difficult and can only be done from 1 level. Staff was friendly and professional throughout stay."

"I was a little concerned about my stay due to some of the other reviews, but we found the hotel and staff to be very helpful and friendly. The valet parking was so HELPFUL, and all of the attendants were excellent. Our room was tidy and clean, the hotel provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was a very nice touch. I booked the king room, and we found it had plenty of room for us, air was cold, and the shower was nice and hot, the closet was huge and the built in safe worked well for valuables. We purchased the extra package when we booked as a convenience for our trip so we didn't have to "think" about anything after we checked in. We had the breakfast buffet daily and it was always hot, full and I loved all the fresh fruit options along with more traditional items such as pancakes, french toast, eggs, and a variety of breakfast meats. The bar staff was attentive and our free drink tickets were easy to use in both sections of the bar. One side was a little more upscale with loads of seating and the other was more cozy but both had a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend staying here and will stay in the future. My only minor thing was I wish there was ice machines on more than two floors and when we went to check out the balcony outside seating area it was closed."

"Everything about this hotel was great! Location, cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, good water pressure and hygiene products, and a decent breakfast of many options. Coffee and hot water plus fresh fruit available all hours. We had a delay for several days from our flight so we called each day to let them know and they kept our room for us (we paid of course, but it was peak graduation season in Chicago and had we not we would have paid more than double to get a room elsewhere if we even could). I appreciate the staff who made our stay very pleasant."

"The staff were pleasant. My room the first night was dated and the shower flow too light. It was a room for the disabled but it is in need of an upgrade. The suite that I was upgraded to on the 7th floor was really nice, spacious clean, modern with great lighting. The AC system is noisy. The restaurant staff were really pleasant and the food really good. The roof deck bar is fun spot but if there is a corporate event you are limited to the inside bar and seating can be tough to secure. I would stay there again as the neighbourhood is lovely and the views of the lakeshore are fantastic and the park and zoo and nice experience. Special shout out to Angel who was really kind and helpful. Hoping the third floor rooms get an upgrade. Overall a nice stay."
