"This is accommodation is as described - nothing fancy but in a great location, clean and convenient. It was also quite spacious for a London flat! We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment but were quite comfortable there."

"We were told to ring half hour before so someone can meet us to let us in. I rang half hiur before to let them know. We got to the apartment at 7pm and no one was there. So i rang and said someone is on there way. 20minutes later i rang again and said someone shouls be there any minute. 15minutes past and still no one. Rang the third time and they said the same thing. I did make it clear i had 4 young kids and my wife standing outside all this time. After the 3rd phone call we were waiting...
