There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. On top of that Erato was super hospitable and responsive to our needs - highly recommended!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Hotel Experience! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure their guests had a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again without hesitation! 5 stars all the way — a truly memorable stay!"
