"The condo was great, with high-end furnishings in a great condo neighborhood with good access to the slopes via a Keystoneresort shuttle. The instructions on access, the use of Wi-Fi, and the television were poor. We could not get the TV to work and the local host was very hard to reach. They didn’t get back to us until two days after our inquiry at which point our reservation was done."

"Great place and location. My only complaints are temperature control within the unit and also not being able to keep my car in the garage on check out day as my key was disabled at 10am. I had to move my car to the normal outside lot while we skied that day and having to change in a public outdoor parking lot before driving to catch my flight home in Denver is bot ideal and I should have been able to stay parked in the garage. Besides those 2 things I would absolutely stay there again but would plan for those things."
