"We booked this last minute for a quick girls getaway. We wanted something away from but convenient to Duval. This was perfect. Tucked on a quiet street sat this wonderful place. It was private, comfortable, easy to get to everything and best of all was the swimming pool courtyard. We enjoyed days out and about and evenings with some prosecco in the pool. It would be easy to rent bikes and ride everywhere, but these two post-menopausal mamas were hot...so we rented a golf cart from Minty's....

"The room was little small but to be fair we didn't spend much ti.e there. Pool was a bit too warm on very hot days but otherwise refreshing. Laundry room wasGood , room was clean and over all the house was quiet and peaceful . Would come again ."
