"Welcoming host thank you. Carefully prepared food also was a nice touch and loved the wine. All friendly staff and clean rooms also had a lovely stay thank you so much."

"Nice pub in a remote location. Rooms located in converted outbuildings. Small but perfectly adequate for short stay. Nicely decorated. Food in pub was lovely. Breakfast was ok. Some young members of staff who were very polite and on the go all the time. Clearly a popular and busy place."

"Everything about our stay was fabulous. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a problem with the radiator in the bathroom. I mentioned it at reception and within minutes someone was there to sort the problem. Food exception! The evening meal choices and quality of the food in the restaurant was fantastic, as was the breakfast. Highly recommend The Craven Heifer."

"6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them. Also whilst good range of breakfast delights very slow service"
