Plus, there are walks direct from the doorstep to nearby Latrigg, Skiddaw and Blencathra. Derwentwater and the ‘Theatre by the Lake’ are a short stroll through the beautifully manicured Hope Park Memorial Gardens, with mini golf, crazy golf and putting. Regular launch trips around the lake are available each day, with numerous drop-off points if you wish to continue on foot. Keswick is renowned for its spectacular setting, surrounded by mountains, a vast array of outdoor activity shops and a great selection of pubs and restaurants.
