"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and spent nearly four full days entirely on the property. Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely professional and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niha, who was exceptionally helpful and courteous, particularly during the checkout process and with the arrangements afterward. There are only two minor points for improvement: slippers were not provided in the room, and basic hygiene amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and a shaving razor were not available. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel. Thanks"

"Basement bathroom broke down about a week into my stay, with the shower and toilet in disrepair and unable to be used for the rest of my stay (about another three weeks). The host of the property promised a 2,000 discount on the rental price I paid, due to this inconvenience. I hope this promised return of my money will be honored. Parking in the driveway of this property was a nightmare, with bumper-to-bumper traffic on the road where it is located being extremely busy between 11am and 6pm. Departing and returning on this driveway felt incredibly unsafe due to the chronic congestion of cars, except during certain times of the day like between 9pm and 6am. The property is located very close to an important on-ramp of a super busy Toronto highway almost always packed with cars. The master bedroom was too loud to sleep in due to the congestion of cars constantly passing by outside the window. I rented this particular property for its kitchen space. Unfortunately there was not that much equipment provided to cook a whole lot of meals, which disappointed me. I would not have rented this particular property had I known any of these things I have mentioned ahead of time. "

"The unit has 2 equally sized rooms with new mattresses and space for hanging clothes or stacking them on shelves. Very comfortable living room with comfortable sofa and chairs. There is a nice table that is good for working or dining with 4 chairs. Kitchen was stocked with anything you need for meal prep. Bayview Ave is within a five minute walk giving access to restaurants and grocery stores. We were 2 people and we stayed for a month with our small dog. Neighbor’s were nice and the building is very quiet. I would stay again. "
