"The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road.
We had a fabulous 3 days."
"I didn’t know what to expect really, I’ve spent a lot of time in the Dales but have never stayed in a Shepherds Hut - wow!! I stayed in Herdwick and it was amazing! "My daughter and I were on a three day break in one of the cottages. It was extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The farm was within easy reach of many attractions and set within a beautiful landscape. We would definitely consider a return visit"

"We received a lovely welcome. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and beautifully decorated too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."
"Such a great place to stay! Elsbeth and Richard are so dedicated to their property and make it an unforgettable experience.
The property is so well kept and their customer service is simply the best."
"Excellent service, couldn't have been more helpful.
Room was nice, clean but a bit small...if I'd had a big suitcase not sure if it would have fit.
Breakfast was generous and delicious. "
