"This was our third stay at Zentik. This is the best stay in Valladolid. Number 1 restaurant. Charming tropical grounds. Unique heated cave (hot tub but huge). Pool is nice size for a 13 room property. Palapa roofs, unique tropical trees and plants. Both pool and cava are open 24 hours. Food and drink are reasonably priced and gourmet. Adults only. Short taxi to Centro. Staff is caring and attentive. Just the best!"

"Nothing positive about this hotel. Everything was bad. From the front desk, to the condition of the room, to the old worn out towels. This place leaves much to be desired and a complete renovation. Zero stars!!!!!"
