"We had a great experience in this hotel. Staff was so friendly and they knew what they were doing. But be carful when you about to reserve and precise what room would you like to have. When I was booking I thought we will get on ground floor with a direct access to swimming pool as we are going to travel with 2,5 years old baby but when we get there we have been told that we are on the 2nd floor. Otherwise we had amazing time."

"Our stay at Avista was amazing! It is a wonderful location with beautiful views of the beach and 3 min from Karon beach and within 7 min of Kata. They do a wonderful job of creating a tranquil atmosphere away from the busy tourist so that you can just enjoy if you do not wish to go out for the day. The pool is very big and beautiful, but if you want a lounge for the day people do begin laying their towels out to reserve them early. If you don’t get a lounge chair there is a beach entrance that has built in lounge chairs in the water that are very cool, I did laps in the pool one morning and it’s close to 50 meters, but it’s not set up as a lap pool. There are 3 restaurants that all have different options and are all great food. We got a spa treatment that was wonderful. The staff is very nice and helpful and they go above and beyond to make your stay the best! The only thing that I struggled with is the beds were very hard. Not deal breaker but wish they were a little softer. They do turn down service and bring you a authentic Thai nightcap treat before bed. Would definitely go back and stay again! Thanks Avista Grande!"
