"I always stay here when I am in Nara. It is right next to the train station so it makes it a walk to get to the main sights but it is awesome you don’t have to carry your luggage far. The spa is great, they have washing machines, the breakfast is amazing, it is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the elevators/guest ratio is good, and it is quiet. Only thing I hate is the light in the entry way is motion detecting…every time you go to the bathroom, it turns on!"

"Amazing luxurious hotel, very friendly staff and rooms with amazing view"

"10 min walk from Hakata station, no need to ride a cab or bus."

"客室が広く、気持ちよく滞在できました。大浴場もかなりの広さがあり快適。５時からお風呂を使えるのもありがたいです。 無料ペットボトル水はありませんが、各フロアで水を入れられます。"

"大変真摯な対応をしていただきとても快適に過ごせました。 お部屋も快適、とても清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。"

"The room is quite spacious at the rate I booked and it also offers free breakfast. The only thing is that they need the check out at 10 am in the morning, and the elevators are extremely busy at that time."

"Amazing breakfast"

There is a massive food court on the 8th floor, just below the hotel, which is very handy after long days of walking around. The...

"Convenient right above station but really poor signposting to find it. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Only bathroom I’ve used that looks out over the city. Quiet room but fell over the table twice as there’s no where to move it to and you literally have to climb over it to get out of bed. Okay for a 1 night stay. Staff very helpful."

"Super Hotelkette, neues Haus, super Frühstück, sehr zu empfehlen!"

"This property offered exactly what we needed and the location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Granvia as usual has fast, friendly and helpful staff. Front Desk Manager, Don was especially helpful in getting us our luggage and a taxi."

"大阪駅とホテル間の送迎バスがとても便利でした。ホテルは清潔でスタッフの方全員プロフェッショナルでした。また泊まりたいです。"
