"Love the updated rooms & location. The front desk is not very good about picking up the phone. Your phone call gets sent to voicemail quite a bit. Twice last night, once this afternoon. Watched a possibly homeless woman take an hour long shower at the outdoor shower. She proceeded to wash, loofah & deep conditioner her hair…& including her bits in every area. Unacceptable. Tried to call the front desk to alert security, went to voicemail."
