Relax, unwind & feel the healing effects of our exquisite, outdoor floating bed! Dine under lantern-laced mesquite trees. For being so close to downtown Joshua Tree, this place offers some real magic. The home, itself, is the perfect chic desert hideaway. Fully renovated & decorated with love, it has everything you need to indulge in what JT has to offer. It’s 8 minutes to the JT National Park entrance & a short walk to the best local restaurants, bars, coffee shops & vintage stores. Come, stay!
The space
The home, itself, is a spacious 3bedrooms / 2 bath and is surrounded by lots of empty desert space.

The primary bedroom, being the largest, offers a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom # 2 is a bit smaller, and has a queen bed, as well. Bedroom #3 offers a flex space, that can be used as a 3rd bedroom with deluxe, raised air mattress, a kids play room, or a quiet space for yoga or work.

We also offer an exquisite, outdoor floating bed that can be used to sleep in, as well! The bed is circular and has similar dimensions to a queen bed. If you are interested in using the bed to sleep in, please let us know in advance, and we will prepare it with Egyptian cotton sheets and a down comforter. It feels like sleeping on a cloud and the floating experience is very healing. It is also protected by a weather proof cover for those windy, cold, or even rainy nights. We charge $150/reservation for use of this amenity/extra sleeping space. If you choose not to add this to your reservation, you will still get to enjoy the floating bed as an outdoor daybed.

The living room and kitchen have an open layout - great for entertaining. Plus we offer 2 other outdoor areas to eat or hang at, including a rustic 8 person dining table underneath lantern-laced mesquite trees.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home and all of the outdoor spaces. The 2 car garage normally stays locked for supplies, however we would consider opening it up for parking for an additional fee, if requested in advance.
Otherwise, there is plenty of space to park on our driveway.

More on the Floating Bed:

Studies suggest that time spent floating may have some benefits in healthy people, such as muscle relaxation, better sleep, decrease in pain, and decreased stress and anxiety.

If you would like to experience sleeping on the Floating Bed, please let us know in advance, and we will prepare it for you for overnight sleeping

We charge $150 per reservation for this additional set-up.

If you do not choose this option it will still be available to you and set up as an outdoor daybed (no bedding no protective tent).

The garage is normally closed off to our guests however we would consider opening it up for parking for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.
