"I left the first day, got a different hotel! They were not able to accommodate me for the amount of ppl we were. Upgraded to a suite and even then the bed situation was not able to accommodate us, they said queen size pullout couch but it was a single size pullout, and the mattress had no sheets and was stained with blood, couch itself had multiple stains of unknown substance. The hotel was dirty and run down pictures of hotel are completely different than what the place actually is! Rented a different hotel and lost out on my money from this rental. I have pictures to show how nasty this hotel was. "

"This was a great hotel! It is a refurbished property, and I have been in some of those before that look great in photos, but when you get there, the updates are cheaply done and below expectations. Not this one. It has been beautifully refurbished with high quality, clean and comfortable furnishings, bedding and toiletries. The room offers a comfortable, luxury-feeling retreat, with just what you need. No more, no less. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was great, nicely presented and good quality. They provided 2 bottles of water at check-in, and there is also a bottle refill station and an ice machine. I will definitely book this hotel and brand for quick stays before and after trips in the future. "
