"my only issue was with the shower ,the handle just spins but if you press it a bit you feel it catch,just means some of the teeth in the plastic handle are worn out and the tub drain did not seal , to me these are small issues but might not be for others , they have the best pillows"

"Did not use the gym The room was terrible. The tub was plugged, the toilet seat was falling off and the toilet was not flushing right. We told several times that things had been fixed which was not true. On the last afternoon one of the manager’s came with maintenance to fix things with us in the room. thank you."

"The place is very literally falling apart. It’s mouldy, the bathtub siding is coming off, there’s water damage in every room, the bathroom fan doesn’t work, the shower knob is so broken that it just spins around and you have to struggle to get the water to turn on. We were scared it might just fall off. There’s pieces of vanity siding in the bathroom missing from water damage. This place needs to be gutted or torn down. I can’t understand why it’s got 4 stars. It makes zero sense. The fact that there weren’t bugs feels like a win. "
