"The toilet didn't flush and the coffee maker had the wrong size coffee holder so it didn't work. Other than that the room was clean and the bed comfortable. For one night it was well worth the money."

"Comfortable bed, very clean, wonderful. Helpful front desk. I left my phone and the housekeeper brought it to me. The only problem we had was on the day of departure all the ice machines were broken. But overall an excellent hotel"

"We waited for over 1 hour just to get a room and the manager had to go clean rooms. The sheets were stained, soap and body wash were empty, 3 people were only given 2 towels and when we asked for more we were told they were being washed and never got extra, the elevator was really slow, the front entrance hallway and elevator smelled like weed. Just all over not a great experience. Handicap room had a low toilet without any grab bars or anything to help get off of it. The TV did not work and there was stickiness on the top of the dresser like it was never even cleaned. I will not return to this hotel again due to the very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever."

"Extremely helpful, courteous, and patient staff. Room was very clean and well set up upon our arrival. Amazing view of the beach and Boardwalk. All requests were met timely and efficiently. The pool and hot tub were a nice break when needed. The free breakfast was excellent. short walk too many restaurants and attractions downtown on Atlantic and Pacific Avenue. It was our first time in Virginia Beach and the only criticism I had that an advisement of a major event they had the weekend we arrived would’ve been helpful, but everything worked out just fine. Highly recommend for a family no larger than four if the kids are willing to share a bed. Looking forward to potentially staying again sooner than later"

"The first room we were put in was so small. Literally by the janitors closer. My neighbor smoked although there no smoking. Asked to be moved. Was initially told no without additional fees. However, reported again to front desk the next morning and young lady named Kyla went above and beyond to get us assigned to a much better room by the time we came back from breakfast."
