"No water pressure during our stay. Confronted the manager about the issue, she was rude. I understand there are issues that can happen but you don't charge people full price when you don't have full water pressure to take a shower and shut off water during the day for 3 hours. Shower shampoo broken and laying on the ground of shower. Shower was not clean. "

"Great location at end of the strip. Clean rooms, on the beach, good food nearby. What else could you want?"

"The staff was very professional and very helpful. The rooms were OK. They were not the cleanest, the beds were made, and the showers definitely needed some TLC and a good scrub down. The lobby area was OK. The design and set up was nice. However, the furniture was made of cloth and you could see stains that a good shampoo of the upholstered furniture would have made a better impression when First checking in. The leather furniture could have used a good scrub down as well. Although the staff was helpful and very professional, the establishment could use a little more care in their facility. If you’re paying about four to $500 for a room for a weekend times however many hotel rooms are booked. Use some of the money to really update and clean your establishment and I feel like taking a little pride in what you have and take really good care of it will go a long way with your guests and potential guests. Thank you."

"I spent my birthday week here and I’m so happy with my decision. It was amazing. I wish I knew the name of the woman that I spoke to when I called because she was an angel. I told her it would be my birthday. She said oh really I’m gonna have a surprise for you! When I arrived at the hotel, I arrived to the most beautiful surprise from the hotel! I won’t say what it was because I don’t want to spoil it for the next person lol. But I was so surprised and happy. The layout of the room was nice. I love the balcony and the view of the ocean was amazing. Everything was clean. The pool and the hot tub were nice. The outdoor area of the pool is really nice as well. The hotel does have an elevator. That was something I was confused about before I arrived based off of other reviews that I had read. If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead and do it you won’t regret it."
