Loved the room and cannot say enough about the reception staff who answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations regarding the Moros y Cristianos festival. She helped make our stay memorable and was very welcoming. Hotel has a relaxed vibe and great selection of restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance."

"No balcony! Great hotel and right next to the beach. Breakfast was amazing. Such a huge choice. Faultless apart from our room which didn’t have a balcony so we couldn’t dry our beach ware. I booked through Hotels.com but wasn’t made aware that some rooms didn’t have balconies."
