Just shrugged & left. No concierge help getting luggage to taxi on leaving. Staff were always polite but utimately not helpful. Have stayed in other hotels where staff were proactive with any problems - e.g. a fan was brought to my room and set up for me when temperature could not be adjusted. Unimpressed with '5 star' rating. No instructions or information in room as to wifi access or how anything worked, including tv. "
