"It a great location but the apartment was not at all comfortable. We visited in July and Paris was warm. The bedroom/bathroom is in the basement with no windows or ventilation, only a dehumidifier. The stairs are really just a ladder making it awkward to get luggage down. The ground floor is fine, but with 1 operable window, there was no cross ventilation. "The house was clean and comfortable, and in a great location across from the Luxembourg Gardens. The only issue was getting in the house. Lock box location and directions were confusing and we arrived at night. We had a bit of a language problem when we called to get clarification. Other than it was a very nice property, and the hosts were very nice and helpful."

When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the smell of mold, which can be found in every nook and cranny of the place along with dirt and grime. For example, only one bar soap. Small washer/dryer that was slow; good dishwasher; excellent fridge, oven, stove, micro. Main level not air conditioned so could get unpleasantly hot."
