"The lock on my door and the top latch were both broke. Room service entered my room multiple times while i was in the shower. There was no do not disturb sign to hang on the outside of the door and I couldn’t just lock it because it was broke. The first time the entered I closed the bathroom door and said I was about to get in the shower. The knocked and entered not even 5 minutes later. I yelled out I was in the shower.
