"There are only two lifts. Be prepared to wait. I asked for my room to be cleaned before 2pm - it wasn't. All the room doors get stuck in their frames, so are heavy and loud to open and close. Easy to hear other guests enter and leave their rooms. Would be better to have the fridge installed under the coffee station rather than have the back of it facing the bed. Hearing the fridge whirring is hard to overcome when trying to sleep."

"Great location, friendly staff! Too fooor has a nice lounge with coffee/tea, and flat/sparkling water on tap. Each floor also has a water station and refillable bottles. Also these are large rooms and bathrooms especially for NYC Highly recommend."
