"I liked the hotel very much. Parking was convenient and easy, nearby Shopping Ibirapuera, where there is a money exchange shop on the third floor. The hotel is very close to the subway station, that is very convenient if you need to go to the city center or Avenida Paulista. The staff was very cordial and attentive. Em relação ao café da manhã, percebi que no final de semana deixou a desejar, pois havia muita gente no hotel e nos pareceu que o staff não estava preparado para nos receber. Sempre faltou tudo, desde louças e até mesmo comida. No geral, ótimo hotel, recomendo. "

"We went to São Paulo for the NFL Chargers vs Chiefs game. The staff was amazing and friendly. They really helped us with setting up transportation and getting us to the stadium and back safely. The location is great as you can walk out the back and lots of food options. The area is safe and clean and lots of places to walk to eat! We had 6 of us and we got a large two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. So much space and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! "
