"Pros - attentive staff If you like an old style hotel it would probably appeal Cons - room cleaning was patchy - full length windows were covered in 1m x 2m of greasy handprints when I arrived - a bit disgusting. Informed front desk staff on day 2, was told they would be cleaned, were not cleaned during my 5 day stay). Remainder of room was a bit dated, but clean The area surrounding the hotel does not feel safe to go out after dark - ubers are cheap, but unless you need to be in this area...

"Worst hotel ever"

"They need to clean and maintained more. Furniture in the hall were dirty. Really. They must clean what it s visible in the hall. Many mold in the bathroom. Just need attentive cleaning. Bathroom was under unfinished renivation. Walls were directly on plate, not painted. The safe was unscrew to the furniture. Anyone may leave with the small safe. Ask to fixe the shower because was really hard to closed properly. They came and fixe it little bit the problem was still there. Lots of water dropping...

"I missed drawers in the room. There are none. So I used the safe to lock my documents, money, medicine, chargers and etc. Then the safe locked as it said I didn’t enter the pin. Twice happened and called the front desk to unlock the safe. So should have used my own luggage as drawers"

"It was difficult getting in contact with the property before my trip. I wanted to inform them that I was celebrating"

"Estacionamento Terceirizado e de péssima qualidade. O Vallet demora de 20 a 30 minutos para entregar o carro defumado de cigarro. Além de não ter postura e educação para conversar com o cliente. Hotel de rede multinacional terceirizando serviço essencial de péssima qualidade. E tem vários outros estacionamentos dignos prestando serviço ao redor. Não me hospedo mais devido a esse inconveniente."

"Excelente servicio 🙏"

"I had do plumbing problems with the shower the first night, but overall a great place to stay. Helpful staff, great amenities and very clean rooms."

"Modernizar el lugar"

"Minimalism at its best. Neat with a precious and helpful staff. Near a great choice of restaurants. And and awesome breakfast!!!"

"Es un hotel antiguo que me sirvió para lo que buscaba que era dormir una noche allí. Incluye el desayuno. Creo que para el precio no se puede exigir mucho. El personal excelente y muy servicial."

"Localização excelente, café da manhã com muitas variedades, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos."

"Very attentive and faintly staff! The location is great, just a 1/2 block off avenue paulista so a little quieter but convenient to everything. The finishes are really nice and there are nice little extra touches upon arrival and evening turn down. Highly recommend!"
