"Interesting place. Advertised as a guest house on some sites and Bed and Breakfast on others. Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist. "A awful nights sleep. The room was unbearably hot. Air con was non existent. Sofa bed squeaked every time child moved. Room and amenities all very dated and scruffy. Didn’t engage with a member of staff as everything was automated. All very impersonal. A great location but a really disappointing and over priced stay."

"We had a recently renovated triple room. It was extremely clean and the 3 single beds were ideal for us. The bathroom was lovely the only downside was no door on the shower so made the rest of the bathroom very wet and slippery when used. Breakfast had a good choice and reasonably priced at £15 pp. when I booked didn’t realised there was a lot of building works going on but didn’t hear any noise after 5pm or before 8am - no good if you want a lie in as it was noisy after 8 but fine for us. We would definitely stay here again. Location was fantastic Staff really helpful"

"Booked a twin room and given a king. Messaged while out to get sorted, message not reads. They did send housekeeping in at 11pm when we got back but I ended up covering the duvets to speed things up. Shower has black mould - room 306. No excuse for that - park plaza / radisson have enough guests and should do the basics right. Not good enough"

"The hotel is great good location, good rooms, excellent restaurant for both evening meals and breakfast. Unfortunately check in is an absolute joke, arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm to be told the rooms we’re not ready and would not be ready for some time, after waiting for an hour we decided to eat in the restaurant, which was excellent, as we need to be at the theatre for 7pm and would need to shower and change first. Before entering the restaurant I went to to reception to enquire how much longer the rooms we’re going to be. I was told six minutes for one, and no time forecast for the other room. After eating back to reception to be told one room was ready but the other still was not, I asked to see the manager who told me it was my fault as I wanted the two rooms on the same floor, not great customer service and at no time was I offered a room on a different floor earlier,I told her if they could not for fill my booking they should have not taken the booking in the fist place, I just got sorry as a response , this is such a pity as the hotel was good on all other levels"

"Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable bed and seating in room. Great location for exploring Westminster. Bus stops are right outside. Tube stations 10mins and 15mins away. Smell of drains from shower in room and tiles and shower head showing signs of their age and quite grubby. We would stay here again."

"This hotel is very big and belongs to a chain of "Imperial" Hotels in London UK. It is in a great location with good access a short walk to Russell Square tube station. Lots of very good restaurants, and parks in the area. If arriving at St. Pancras station, it is quiet a long walk pulling wheeled bags, so would advise taking a Uber or transferring tubes to get to the Russell Square station. The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions and providing directions. It would be nice if it was quieter and the had quiet closing doors, they slam shut. With the hotel being so big, you hear a lot of door closing at all hours."
